Staff very friendly, though no dog bowl as stated on the website. Wouldn't stay again as the room was extremely smelly from previous dogs.

We stayed here for one night Dinner, bed and breakfast and a bottle of fizz. Our room was lovely - larger than most hotel rooms and very comfy bed and pillows - couldn't fault it. The dinner was nice with plenty to choose from and large portions. The breakfast was great too, loads of choices . Staff really nice and friendly too. Would definitely return.

Great second stay at the Grange Manor Hotel. We were a party of 12 and everyone had a good time. The food in Cook's restaurant was lovely, no complaints. Breakfast in Rose's tea room was also great. The rooms are a little dated but they were all clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back, thank you for a lovely stay.

Didn't like that you had to go outside to get to the bar restaurant and reception it was raining heavily on our visit. Would be fine in good weather.

We asked to be moved from our room as there was a huge gap at bottom of bed lamp shade was broken and there was a stain on the carpet. We got upgraded apparently to a better room however there was three cracked tiles on bathroom floor in that one. Definitely needing a lot of tlc

Lovely large room as always only issue was all the lamps seemed to have loose electrics, crackling and were temperamental, the king bed was a double base, opened up with a king mattress on top which I've never saw before. Room was clean. Meal was delicious and breakfast good. Will definitely stay again

It's always nice to try out a new hotel and I was looking forward to the one night DBB at what was described as a 4*. However, although the site states that it is accessible, and it does have accessible rooms, they are not in the main hotel. You have to exit the hotel, walk around to the back of the building over fairly uneven flagstones to an annex. The room only has an over the bath shower, though it does have a grab rail and a separate seat that you can place over the bath. Then, when you want to go to the bar it's back outside and around the hotel. (Not great if it's pouring or freezing). Then, as if that's not enough, the dining room is for breakfast only, for dinner you have to exit the hotel and cross the car park to Cook's Kitchen restaurant whereupon there are steps leading down to the entrance. No signs anywhere for a ramp. After struggling down them with my walker the waitress tells us that there is a ramp at the back of the building leading to the trade entrance and reception in the hotel are supposed to let them know you are coming so that they can leave the door open. The food was varied with Mediterranean, Mexican and British selections but nothing outstanding. There were little touches missing from the room that you would have got in other 4* hotels though. No glass in the bathroom for rinsing and brushing teeth. and I really cannot recall seeing shampoo or shower gel. There were 2 champagne glasses in the bedroom to go with the complimentary bottle of fizz but no glasses for water, only the tea/coffee mugs. Because of the bad accessibility alone I wouldn't go back. However I must point out that the one truly helpful member of staff was Archie at the bar.

Our stay was very pleasant, and the staff played their part in that. Dinner was very good, served on exceptionally hot plates which kept the food hot till the end. The breakfast almost beat me, once again on hot plates and and more than enough. I would certainly go again. The electric car charging point just 2 minutes away at the football stadium was a bonus.
