The Lion Quays Resort in Gobowen sits on the beautiful and historic Oswestry waterways in the heart of the Shropshire countryside. This four-star hotel is on the former site of the Lion Inn pub which had been left derelict for many years, the owners fell in love with the location and had the vision to create this amazing resort-style hotel. Situated on the Llangollen canal (a UNESCO World Heritage site) near the Welsh border and close to Shrewsbury, Chester and Manchester make the Lions Quays Resort and an ideal base for visiting both Wales and England.
Each of the 82 ensuite bedrooms has been individually designed with stylish furnishings and luxurious Hypnos beds to help you enjoy a good night’s sleep.
