Car Parking
There is no parking on-site. The hotel recommends using Liverpool Waters car park (L3 1QZ) next to the hotel, which charges £20.50 per night.

Travelling By Car
Some satellite navigation systems are not updated with our postcode. However, typing in Crowne Plaza's postcode (which is located next door to the Malmaison) will pull up identical directions. Crowne Plaza Hotel, Princes Dock, L3 1QW

FROM MANCHESTER, THE EAST, M6 NORTH AND SOUTH
Take the M62 West to the end, following signs to Liverpool City Centre (A5080) Keep in the middle lanes then at traffic lights continue forward (signposted City Centre, Birkenhead). At the next lights, continue forward along Edge Lane (A5047-City Centre), passing the Botanic Gardens on the left. Continue for approx half a mile, turning right onto Hall Lane (B5340-City Centre, Royal Liverpool Hospital, Birkenhead). At lights continue forward onto Erskine Street then bear left onto the A580. Keep in the left-hand lane and continue forward, bearing left onto the A57 (Widnes, City Centre, Airport). At traffic lights, turn right onto Commutation Row (Pier Head) and cross the flyover. Continue to the end of Dale Street, and at the lights turn right onto Georges Dock Gates (A5036). Keep in the middle lane and continue forward, following signs for Docks, Southport and Bootle. You will travel past the Crown Plaza and Malmaison on your left. At this point, bear left onto Bath Street and continue forward until the roundabout. Take the first exit off the roundabout and then immediately left onto William Jessop Way whereby the front of the hotel is adjacent to the waterfront.

FROM CHESTER AND NORTH WALES
Follow signs for M53 (Birkenhead and Liverpool). Take the M53 to the end, taking the Wallasey tunnel (toll). Once out of the tunnel, cut right across traffic and keep right (signposted Warrington, Manchester, M62) merging onto the A59. Keep in right-hand lanes and turn right at traffic lights onto the A5053 (signposted Widnes, Airport, City Centre). Continue forward through 2 sets of lights and at the 3rd, turn right onto the A565 (signposted Southport) and then left onto Paisley Street and again left onto Waterloo Road (A5036). At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit, and then immediately left onto William Jessop Way whereby the front of the hotel is adjacent to the waterfront.

FROM LIVERPOOL JOHN LENNON AIRPORT
Follow signs for Liverpool City Centre and All other routes to leave by Speke Hall Avenue. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Speke Hall Avenue (signposted City Centre). At traffic signals continue forward onto the A5275 (signposted Ring Road A562). Continue forward following signs for City Centre. Continue straight through lights (Ring Road, City Centre, Childwall). At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A5058 (Southport, Bootle, Docks). At the Childwall Fiveways roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A5058 (Southport, Bootle, Birkenhead). Branch left (Huyton, Warrington, Manchester M62), then turn left onto the A5080 (City centre). You can now follow the directions listed above from the M62 (Directions from Manchester, the East, M6 North & South).

BY RAIL - MERSEYSIDE AREA
If coming from the Merseyside area - our closest stations are Moorfields or James Street.

For directions from James Street, turn right out of the exit and right again onto the main road (The Strand). Continue along the road for 5 minutes and cross over at your nearest available crossing, you will see us ahead on the left.

For Moorfields, take the Old Hall Street Exit and continue walking straight ahead, down Water Street toward the River Mersey. At the end of the road, take the crossing straight ahead of you and you will see us on the right-hand side.

BY RAIL - OUTSIDE THE MERSEYSIDE AREA
If coming from outside of the Merseyside area, you will arrive at Lime Street Station. You can take the underground train to James Street or Moorfields. Alternatively, there is a black taxi rank outside of Lime Street.

If you decide to walk, it will take you around 25 minutes; walk straight ahead out of the station and follow the signs for Liverpool One Shopping Centre. Walk straight through the shopping area until you hit Dock road. Turn right and head towards the infamous Liver Buildings. You will see us on the left-hand side.

Liverpool John Lennon Airport is the nearest airport to the hotel, it is approximately a 25-minute drive/taxi ride away, at off-peak times, and should cost no more than £25. See above, under By Car, for further instructions if driving.

Royal Liver Building (0.2 miles): This grade I-listed building is a prominent landmark in Liverpool, built in 1911. Offers a visitor centre to learn about the building's history and Liverpool’s heritage, as well as spectacular views of the Liverpool skyline.

Albert Dock (1.2 miles): Albert Dock is one of Liverpool's number one visitor attractions and a UNESCO world heritage site. Featuring a stunning waterfront with shops, cafés and clubs, as well as The Beatles Story and Tate Liverpool - the National collection of Modern Art.

Liverpool ONE (1.4 miles): 160 high street stores in the largest city centre regeneration project in Europe.

Whilst staying at the Malmaison Liverpool, you can also take a ferry across the Mersey, join the sea of fans heading to Anfield and Goodison Park to watch the city's two famous football clubs or visit the greatest steeplechase, the Grand National at Aintree.

M&S Bank Arena (1.3 miles): Liverpool's premier entertainment venue delivering high-profile, world-class events.
