The Scotland’s Hotel has 72 comfortable and stylish en-suite bedrooms located in both the main hotel and the converted Bank House annex which is just across the road from the main building.
The Standard rooms are full of warm textures and tones reflecting the location. All bedrooms have extensive accessories such as ironing board and trouser press in each room.
The Scotland's hotel caters well for families as 16 of the 72 bedrooms are suitable for families. These are located in the main hotel or in the converted Bank House directly across the road from the main hotel.

The Scotland’s Hotel Faskally Restaurant provides a taste of the Perthshire region. Guests can relish dishes such as smoked peppered mackerel, or fettuccini and woodland mushrooms. Both are best served with our scrumptious market-fresh vegetables & potatoes.

Directions to Scotlands Spa Hotel in Pitlochry
From Pitlochry railway station walk through the car park, following signs to the town centre. Turn right onto the main Street and left onto Bonnethill Road.
We are only 90 minutes’ drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow and an hour's drive from Dundee.
As you approach the town centre look out for the Fishers Hotel, take Bonnethill Road, which is more or less opposite the Fishers, there is a chemist on the corner. Scotland's Hotel is 100m on the right.
From Edinburgh Airport, drive to the Forth Road Bridge and follow signs for Perth. At the Broxden roundabout, take the second exit onto the A9 for Inverness. Exit at the junction for Pitlochry.

15/10/2019: The Scotlands Hotel is no longer a Pet Friendly Hotel.
The hotel will continue to warmly welcome guest during the ongoing refurbishment works and hope any disruption will be minimal and will not spoil your enjoyment of this hotel.
Posted March 2019: The Scotland's Hotel is now under new ownership and will be going through a phased refurbishment. Details are as follows:
Scotlands Spa Hotel is the latest hotel to join The Castle Collection. Our phased hotel refurbishment has already begun. We will continue to warmly welcome you as we transform our buildings over the next two years.
Upgrade bedrooms with new bathrooms, carpets, curtains and install new hotel heating system, create new garden space and more functional and accessible parking area. Refurbish the swimming pool, changing rooms, spa, sauna, steam room and gym. We will be installing a new kitchen. We will be building five brand new rooms.
Move the hotel Reception and lounge bar. Create a new concept restaurant Complete the extension and enhance the contrasting building styles to better match current conservation trends.
Whilst every care is taken, there will undoubtably be some disruption to normal hotel services, the view might not be so good, but the service and warmth of welcome will be.
Unless otherwise stated guests staying on a rate/package inclusive of Dinner will receive a 3 course meal which will have a minimum of three choices per course without supplements.
