Situated on the ground floor in what was the old Thompson Dining Hall (and the original nun’s refectory), a cool and contemporary design has been carefully introduced to both contrast and complement the hall’s elegant period features.
This spacious restaurant offers sumptuous booths, comfortable table seating and doors to the front of the hotel, opening out onto an extensive sun-trap terrace, perfect for alfresco summer dining.
Changing the menu regularly ensures that ingredients and flavours are always fresh and that our chefs are inspired by what’s in season.
