Hydrotherapy is a full-body therapeutic treatment performed in warm water, using controlled movement and water pressure to support physiotherapy-based exercises. Specially designed hydrotherapy pools help reduce muscle tension, ease pain, aid rehabilitation, strengthen the immune system, encourage detoxification, and promote overall relaxation.

A £10 per person, per session fee gives residents full access to the spa facilities, including hydro pools, a cold plunge pool, a Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms.

The Harmony Beauty Rooms offer a wide selection of treatments in a calm, soothing environment. 🚗 By Car
From Torquay town centre:
Head toward the seafront on the main road.
Turn left at the seafront.
At the mini-roundabout, turn left again.
At the next junction take the second left toward the harbour.
Continue up the hill past the Imperial Hotel.
At the top turn right, then right again — the hotel will be the last on the left.
Parking: Free parking is available on site for guests. 
Electric Chargind Points: The Headland Hotel is proud to offer charging points for electric vehicles for hotel guests. There are 4 chargers on site that can be used on a pay-per-use basis.

🚆 From Torquay Railway Station
Option 1 — Bus:

Take a local bus (e.g., Stagecoach South West) from near the station toward Ten Pin Bowling Alley/Devonshire Hotel stops; then walk a short distance to the hotel.

Access to our Hydro Spa is available to all guests with a charge of £10 per person per session for full use of our Spa facilities including Hydro Pools, a cold plunge pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna & Steam rooms to all our residents.

Dog Friendly:
We are a dog friendly hotel so don’t leave your furry friends at home! For only £15 per night, or £20 per night for 2 dogs, bring them along to enjoy all that the English Riviera has to offer. Please advise upon booking so you can be allocated a dog friendly room.
