Specially designed hydrotherapy pools help reduce muscle tension, ease pain, aid rehabilitation, strengthen the immune system, encourage detoxification, and promote overall relaxation.
A £10 per person, per session fee gives residents full access to the spa facilities, including hydro pools, a cold plunge pool, a Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms.

From Torquay town centre:
Head toward the seafront on the main road.
Turn left at the seafront.
At the mini-roundabout, turn left again.
At the next junction take the second left toward the harbour.
Continue up the hill past the Imperial Hotel.
At the top turn right, then right again — the hotel will be the last on the left.
Parking: Free parking is available on site for guests.
