Complimentary Siabann products are available in all the bathrooms, along with dressing gowns and slippers. Nespresso machines are provided in all bedrooms. You will also find satellite TV in each bedroom and Wifi.

Mansion House Rooms
The Old Manse of Blair has a range of executive double and king rooms within the main hotel. Please note bed sizes are UK sizes.
The Minister's Study is front facing double bed with large shower room. Located on the first floor of The Georgian Wing, this is a very private room.

The Governess’s Quarters is a cosy Kingsize and has a beautiful large bathroom with double vanity, freestanding bath and separate shower. Overlooking the side lawn with its glorious Copper Beech Tree.
The Bothy is a double double, ideal for families located at the rear of the property with interconnecting rooms and an extra-large shower room. Both rooms have their own flatscreen TV.

The Stables in the Courtyard

The Stables Snugs
The Old Wooden Stable Block beside the courtyard has been converted and is a brand new offering here at The Old Manse of Blair. Choose from one of the small cosy snug rooms or the Stables Suite Schehallion. You will find beautiful detail in the design, a nod to it’s history with bespoke drapes and cushions depicting the buildings original equestrian roots.
The Stable Snugs! There are four gorgeous cosy small snug rooms. These are the entry level ground floor rooms and are located in the converted Stables on the estate, across the courtyard from the main hotel. These rooms are the smallest rooms and enjoy direct access to the outdoors and a patio area too. All of these snug rooms are furnished with a super king bed and can cosy twin. They are not suitable for more than two guests. Atholl snug is slightly larger and is on the corner so enjoys a double aspect.

However, floor space is limited in these rooms due to the superking size beds so if you require more space we would suggest a Walled Garden or Mansion House Room.

All are named after local places, Atholl, Blair, Rannoch & Struan.
All the snugs have ensuite wet rooms with level entry showers. Enjoy the privacy of the Stables Snugs each with their own entrance and furnished patio with all the convenience of the hotel and restaurant minutes walk away.

Enjoy the privacy of the Stables and accessible deck, with easy wheelchair access, large wet room and dedicated parking space and with all the convenience of the hotel and restaurant minutes away.

Railway Cottage
Railway Cottage is next to The Old Greenhouse and Kitchen Garden. It offers two separate stand alone en-suite rooms with magnificent open views out over the estate and countryside. The rooms are themed around the heritage of the Highland Railway Line and in particular The Black Island Platform which was situated just around the corner from the manse between Blair Atholl and The Old Manse of Blair. The rooms are decorated in a chic luxurious way a nod to the heritage and aptly named; The Signal Box & and The Ticket Office. Look out for the detail on the cushions, depicting the lanterns they would have used at night on the railway and the axels of the steam trains.

The rooms each with their own outdoor furnished patio which is bathed in sunlight and the perfect spot for relaxing. Please note there is an incline and these rooms are not suitable for guests with limited mobility. The Signal Box is a small double room. The Ticket Office has a Kingsize Bed and is a larger room with french doors to the patio. The Ticket Office is dog friendly. The main house was used as offices of the Highland Railway Company from 1853 during the construction of the original railway, so the conversion and interior will reflect this period of history of the estate.

The Georgian Suite
The Georgian wing was added to the building in 1842. This is one of the many rooms with its own direct access. French doors open from your own private lounge on to the sun terrace with wonderful open views of the paddocks. A ground floor kingsize bedroom with en-suite shower room combined with your private lounge is our beautiful Georgian suite. Ideal for those who are less mobile, with easy access from the ground floor of the building. The cosy snug has an open fire, armchairs you’ll struggle to leave and it is just wonderful for relaxing and enjoying a dram or two. This suite is also dog friendly. If you’re travelling with friends you have your own private lounge when you reserve the Georgian Suite.
