The collection of 55 individual rooms and suites at the Balmoral Arms has been inspired by the Cairngorms. The Balmoral Arms boasts a variety of rooms for you to choose from, selected rooms have en-suite facilities, family rooms, suites and rooms with a relaxing rain shower. From the south on the A93, follow the road into the centre of Ballater and take right onto Victoria Road The Balmoral Arms is located on the left.
From the East follow the A93 into Ballater, driving alongside the River Dee on Tullich Road. At the end of Tullich Road, turn right onto Bridge Street, then take left into Victoria Road, in which the Balmoral Arms hotel sits on the left-hand side.
