Travelling to Base is easy, check in is just a 10-minute walk from Lime Street station (at Duke Street Apartments) and discounted parking vouchers are available for those travelling by car.

Please be advised that guests will check in and collect keys at the reception on Duke Street. The address is Hudson Gardens, 136 Duke Street Liverpool L1 5BB. Check-in times are between 3pm and 11pm at the reception on Duke Street. Alternative arrangement can be made for all check-ins after this time, but they will incur a fee of £20 and must be arrange at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in.
Pre Authorisation
A pre-authorisation security deposit is required on check in from on a credit/debit card. This is not a charge and no funds will be debited from your account, however, your bank statement may show the pre-authorization as a ‘pending transaction' for up to 28 working days.
Funds must be available in the account on the day of arrival so that the pre-authorisation goes through.
Access to your apartment is via stairs only as there is no lift in the building.
Hen, Stag or similar parties are unable to be accommodated at these apartments.
Cancellation Policy:
Bookings can be amended or cancelled up to 7:00 am at least 7 day(s) before the date of arrival Any cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be non refundable.
