Nestled in the relaxing walled garden is the REN Spa, the perfect place to recharge your energies and enjoy a little piece of tranquillity in the city. The spa offers an extensive list of treatments as well as an inside/outdoor heated pool located in the walled garden just across from the beautiful lawn from the Ren spa. A modern fitness room is also available for a mid-stay workout.

Guests using the Spa are welcome before their treatments to use the inside/outdoor pool in the walled garden of the hotel.

The inside-out pool can be used from 8am until the last Spa Treatment around 7pm during the winter and until dusk the rest of the year round. Towels and robes are provided for guests of the hotel and spa. Don't forget your flip-flops for your spa experience or dip in the pool.

During particularly cold weather the pool will open at 10am to ensure that there is a constant temperature of 31 degrees throughout the day. The hotel is happy to open it earlier if any resident wishes to swim before 10am.

Please note, facilities include the use of the pool only. The Spa does not feature a sauna or steam room.

Car Parking
The car park offers resident parking only, spaces are limited and must be pre-booked by calling the hotel directly, the spaces will be reserved on a first come first served basis and will be £20 per night for overnight car parking. The space will be reserved from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 12:00 on the day on departure.
Alternatively, Magdalen Street Car Park (9EX2 4HZ) is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and charges £13 per day between 8am and 6pm (free from 6pm each evening). This car park can be paid using the ringo app.

Driving directions from the North

Exit the M5 at junction 29 following signs to Exeter, once on the B3183 Fore St, bear left signed RD&E Hospital, follow this road until the end then turn left the hotel is a red brick building on the left-hand side by the pedestrian crossing.

Driving directions from the South

Exit the M5 at junction 30 following the signs for Exeter, take the third exit at the Countess Wear roundabout onto Topsham Road, continue along this road past County Hall stay in the right-hand lane at the lights and follow the sign for King William Car Park the hotel is a red brick building on the right-hand side by the first pedestrian crossing.

Driving directions from the West

Exit the A30, signed Exeter A377, take the 1st exit at the roundabout, and continue forward following signs for the city centre. Pass over the river still following signs to the city centre, continue up the hill, to the traffic lights, then follow the signs for the inner bypass, the hotel is a red brick building on the right-hand side by the pedestrian crossing.
