Start with the positives - the staff are fabulous! They couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately the rooms are dated and we asked to be moved as there was mould on the bathroom ceiling. It was cold so we sat and had our afternoon tea in our coats. It's a shame that the outside and the rooms need a massive uplift as the food, staff and communal rooms are lovely. Unfortunately we wouldn't go back ?

The best thing about the Everglades is the friendliness o the staff. Our stay was excellent value for money.

Very nice hotel. Staff could not have been nicer and very helpful. Lady on the reception on Wednesday evening helped us with our My crossing payment. We only had breakfast but was very nice. Will stay here again when in the area

I stayed with Everglades on a Bed, Breakfast and evening meal rate Great self-service brekkie and though the evening menu was limited, because of my deal, the food was great. The chef even accommodated this greedy traveller by letting me having extra garlic bread with my super creamy garlic mushrooms - no Vampires near me that week !!!!!

The hotel was excellent value for money with everything you need, clean, comfy bed, good food etc. What was a refreshing change was the extremely positive helpful attitude of the staff. The receptionist in particular was friendly and extremely helpful. Will certainly use this hotel again

Very satisfied with my stay at Everglades Park Hotel. It definitely did the job for my over night stay. Really cannot complain about anything. Breakfast was good also. I would definitely use again as this place is good value for money

Great quiet location for visiting family in the area. Easy access to town centre.
