The hotel was lovely also good food. The issue we had was on arrival they had no information on our booking this took 20 mins to sort out. On check out they wanted to charge us for extra course of food when I had to show them that the deal had 3 course meal included again this took time to confirm. It has put us off using my hotel break as we were embarrassed having to hold up queues of people at check in and check out…not a great experience am afraid but the hotel, itself was lovely.

Stayed 2 nights. We had something to eat in the bar on the first night. Food was delicious and well priced. Breakfast was ok. Would have liked fresh fruit salad not everyone likes fried food. Asked for poached eggs which where really nice. Room was a good size.

Lovely friendly welcome upon arrival. When our key card wouldn't open the room door a member of staff came up to resolve the issue. Lovely big room, clean with everything we needed for our couple of nights stay. Tasty buffet breakfast was enjoyed both mornings.

Great location with easy parking and great breakfast. Sadly internet was not working however maintenance resolved this issue. The base of the bed was damaged with cloth off the divan ripped and there was quite a bit of mould on the grout in the shower room

This is a great hotel and a fantastic deal. Clean and comfortable rooms, all staff we encountered were friendly, breakfasts are amazing, new evening meal menu was okay however we preferred the old one but that is just personal choice.

Partially blocked bathroom drains were fixed next day. Found cooked breakfast very salty so avoided after first day. Good value and would use again.

2nd time stayed at this hotel ,Staff very pleasant rooms clean ,food good ,unfortunately did not sleep well the bed had obviously been replaced with a smaller one as it did not fit between the the bedside tables properly and the mattress was more like something from a cheap hostel ,lumpy with weak springs this had an impact on our stay as we did not sleep well and had aches and pains the next day by the time we discovered this it was late in the evening so did not think about saying anything . other than that it was ok

Ideally situated for Aberdeen city(bus stop at door) rooms are good and spacious. Breakfast good selection and have improved quality since I was last there. Staff very nice. Many places around to visit if you don’t want big city of Aberdeen. Lovely Chinese Thai restaurant across the road at shopping mall called yaans.

Lovely hotel, with very comfy beds. All staff are really friendly. New restaurant opened and we had a really nice meal there and breakfast each morning was lovely, the only suggestion to the hotel would be to maybe consider a self service coffee/tea station or machine for guests to get their own hot drinks, as the small cup of filter coffee got cold very quickly. This is really an amazing deal, although you may need to mention to hotel staff that the deal includes late check out.

We stayed for 1 night. There was an issue with booking from this site but staff soon sorted it out for us. We had dinner in the italian restaurant on site. Mussels and burger were superb as was my girlfriends starter but her macaroni cheese was rather tasteless but I would put it down to staff being spread thin as it was a busy night and they did say some staff were off sick. Really enjoyed the breakfast in the same place great variety of foods catering for anyone. We spend the night in the hotel bad again staff were great and it was a nice relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend the hotel it was great and I will consider attending again.

On arrival was told they had no booking. I was quite taken aback by this. Thankfully I had my confirmation printed out. Eventually the problem was resolved. This is the first time this has happened and as I said was panicking until fixed out. We booked for Luigi on Sunday thinking that was all available but when we arrived told Sunday roast was available until 7 pm. It would be good if the Sunday lunch menu was advertised perhaps in the lifts. Apart from these points everything was first class as usual

We stayed here for a couple of nights and I have to say it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a long time. They had super comfy rooms, well heated, the food was excellent as were all the staff. If you want to stay in/near Aberdeen then this is the place to go, I do not think you would regret it. Would I go back, oh yes please, I loved it and I don’t think anywhere else would live up to what I got here

Ideal for stop over. Rooms fine,few niggles re one window wouldn’t open and other no safety catch. Shower wasn’t able to set re jet and only came out in one direction. Breakfast has room for improvement,unfortunately if you decide to lie in you get Luke warm cooked breakfast.

4 star rating? Our room wasn't serviced during our 2 day stay, bathroom door had a hole where the hook should be and the showerhead was secured to the pole with black tape, the air con/heating system didn't work so room hot!! The noise from the extraction units on the roof went on well into the night, then again early in the morning, very little sleep. Avoid room 213 if you can !! Most of the staff were good/attentive and polite. Breakfast food excellent ,didn't use the restaurant in evening, but 4star....disappointed. Been to a few Holiday Inns, had better sleep elsewhere.
