Lovely hotel in a great location. A shame the restaurant seemed to be short staffed as it took ages to get served. Also there were quite a lot of choices missing from the menu and a bit disappointing the fish and chips was served with what looked and tasted like not very expensive oven chips, would expect a bit better for the prices charged. Would stay again but probably would eat here next time.

A first class stay. We were told on arrival that spa/pool were not available due to staff isolation but carpark fee was waved for our stay as a good will gesture. Staff were very friendly and helpful,a special thank you to Roy at breakfast for his cheerful and helpful attitude. The only minor down side was one of the smaller bedrooms at rear with little space at foot of bed and a very noisy air-conditioning unit which was reported. Well done crowne Plaza Nottingham

Hotel bed and breakfast was really good rooms very clean and comfortable breakfast really good. 3 course evening meal on the great escape deal was an absolute shambles meal ordered at 7.45pm still waiting for starters at 8-35 main courses not arrived at 9-30pm and arrived not cooked properly raw pastry sent back my husband complained to the restaurant manager whose answer was we are very busy !! 6 tables in the restaurant!! busy ? If it hadn’t of been for the waiter we would have walked out really need to sort out this restaurant and restaurant manager

We had a lovely break. All of the staff were lovely. Food & Drinks were very good my Mojito spot on. The room was clean and tidy but the view was disappointing (we didn't really have one at all, looked onto the glass done of the floor below) considering how quiet the hotel was they could have put us on the opposite side of the hotel where at least we could have looked out of the window. The bathrooms a little dated but clean and adequate. All in all the staff made it a great night away

Staff could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! Loveliest staff I've seen in a hotel. Rooms were beautiful, beds comfortable and the atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful

The hotel staff was wonderful. My room was upgraded upon my check in. Not necessary but very much appreciated. The restaurant was convenient and good. The hotel was very clean.

Staff were attentive and helpful despite the ongoing restrictions and procedures in place due to COVID. This is not detract in any way from our stay at this venue. The bar was well stocked and the limited food menu was served promptly and to an exceptional standard.

Stayed here with my daughter the night before she started university. The location is fantastic, right in the city center a stones throw from bars, restaurants and Nottingham Trent Uni.
