Crowne Plaza Solihull, Solihull

Stayed at Crowne Plaza, Solihull for 1 night upon travelling back from Bournemouth. A fabulous place to stay , staff very friendly and welcoming. We had a evening meal in the package and it was lovely and so was the tail (also included) Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect breakfast in the morning - all in all a fantastic place to stay and would highly recommend.

We stayed on a package deal . Made to feel welcome at the hotel. Service from check in to check out by all staff was excellent. Rooms were clean would stay again.The only issue we had was the selection of food on the package deal,

We had a fabulous night away at the Crowne Plaza on this Great Escapes package. Staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean and modern thoughout. Food and Drinks were fab. Will definitely be back.

Very nice clean hotel & friendly staff. There was a reerator in the room which is always an added bonus. The leisure facilities were out of order on our arrival which was disappointing but we made up for it the following day when it was reopened and we had a late checkout up to 6pm which was fabulous! and it was almost empty so there were no restrictions on time spent in there! Our only disappointment was the menu, the main dishes were highly disappointing we struggled to find dishes we actually liked. Overall a great trip.

breakfast poor, hot items came before cereal ???. when we asked later for the hot items they were the same plates of food from 15 min earlier, eggs were like rubber

The hotel was clean and tidy in a good location. The room was bigger than I expected and very well equipped. The receptionist was excellent and made the start of our stay enjoyable.

Although not in the most accessible area it does have pubs opposite which is great, leisure facilities open late and staff very attentive

I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Solihull. The food was excellent and so was the staff and the room clean and big.

I have a busy family lifestyle, so, every now and then, me and my sister like to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We live very local to this hotel but to be honest, with the terrace and garden area, we felt we could have been anywhere.. From check in to check out we felt welcomed, looked after and relaxed.
