Great hotel, location and lovely staff. Only downside was we felt like no one knew what our package included as we booked through my hotel break rather than directly with them.

Hotel in the very heart of the city; room #517 very clean, large and quiet; bathroom with large shower and plenty of towels; very efficient and fast room service at a fair cost; excellent quality buffet breakfast, with good choice of savory and sweet products; professional and helpful staff

Great hotel, friendly stafering a warm welcome. Love the location near the heart of Birmingham and close to the canals and shopping too! Rooms were modern and clean

Great ppe changes regarding the covid 19 pandemic. Very clean environment and pleasant and friendly staff. I would certainly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect and the canal views and walks are great.

Hotel was in a great location, lovely and clean and was very friendly, lounge for drinks and breakfast was well spread out and the breakfast was very nice. No complaints at all.

I took my girlfriend here to celebrate our 4 year anniversary and was honestly blown away. The place was amazing and I honestly couldn't have imagined it would be so good. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone willing to splash a bit of cash on a romantic weekend away.
