Amazing 2 night stay at leonardo Aberdeen! Everything was perfect! Hotel is well maintained and the staff were incredible! Special shout out to Olivia who was amazing at organising a lovely birthday stay for my lovely friend, whose birthday it was!

We have stayed at Leonardo Hotel Aberdeen many times and always found it very good. Very impressed with the room. Plenty of coffee etc. However on this occasion we were not impressed with the breakfast. We always start with orange juice but juice was empty and I had to find someone to get some. They only partially filled the container and we found juice strong and undrinkable. I always like fruit with my cereal ie prunes etc but there was no bowl of fruit. Beside the cold meat the plate which should have had melon and watermelon was also empty and I again had to go ask for some. There is breakfast menu on table which offers porridge and eggs cooked to order but no one came near our table to allow us to order. I didn’t have anything from the hot buffet but it looked okay. I went and found someone and order two soft boiled eggs. The eggs came then I had to go searching for spoon to eat them and a late for toast which I didn’t find and had to ask someone to get for me. Overall we were very disappointed on this occasion with the breakfast.

This is a brilliant hotel in a great location with friendly staff the only gripe is there's not enough lights in the room it can be very dark .

I have only one complaint, no marmalade for my toast! The room was comfy and we slept well. The room was equipped with a fridge which great to have. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we will definitely go back.?

The Leonardo at Union square is in need of a serious refurb. Bedrooms were clean but tired. Our superior room was the same size as the standard rooms, so not sure why they are dearer. I’m glad we paid through myhotelbreak, otherwise I could not have justified the money charged for the room for the two nights. The breakfast was tasty but the continental was very limited in fruit and yogurt choice and the hot breakfast gave the bear essentials, which were well cooked. On the first night we had dinner in the hotel which was a mistake. They had no gas was the excuse and we ended up with a watery curry and rice, with naan breads which were hard to bite! The menu at the Leonardo, Inverness is the same but it is well cooked and tasty. We went out for dinner on the second night and had a superb Frankie &Bennys. The staff in the hotel were the only glimmer of hope. They were so nice, polite and very welcoming. They went above and beyond on behalf on their customers, so a big thank you to them. This hotel needs to buck up with its food and decor.

Large, comfortable room with adequate bath/shower room. Friendly staff and a large selection of breakfast items including gluten free which you don't always get in some hotels. Only downside was my wife is unable to climb into a bath

Had a lovely 2 night B&B break with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco which we enjoyed in our room, we managed to see a bit of the harbour from our bedroom window. Our first time at this hotel and enjoyed the fact it’s right next to the bus station and inside the shopping centre. Staff were all friendly, the cooked breakfast was tasty and plentiful, we will definitely return.

Lovely big clean spacious room with picture window. A bit tired,the bathroom definitely needs a make over. The shower curtain had a musty smell but for the money you're paying you really can't complain

Lovely hotel in great location adjoining the railway station, bus station and entry is via Union Square shopping centre. All good if weather wet. Comfortable well kept clean room, nice buffet breakfast and helpful staff. Recommend the deal via myhotelbreak which presently includes a bottle of prosecco when booked for two guests.

Lovely hotel central for all amenities, staff very courteous and helpful. We were B&B, room was spacious and clean, food plenty of choice at breakfast times. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is very central and ideal if you are travelling by bus or train. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I think the bedrooms could do with a refurbishment, and when this is being done, to upgrade to bigger TVs in the rooms.
