The room was amazing, the hotel was beautiful, the pool and spa was lovely and the restaurants were also amazing! Probably the best customer service I have ever had!

We always find our stay at the Waldorf in Edinburgh exceptional and the staff were so friendly and attentive to our needs. We felt highly valued. The quality of food and service as ever top quality. Edinburgh is such a beautiful city.

My husband and my teenage son enjoyed the stay so much more than they ever would have expected. The service is really next to none. They just couldn't do enough for us and our little dog was treated like a princess.

We were wowed the moment we arrived and all through our stay at the fantastic customer service and the attention to detail. I would highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh for an amazing experience.

This hotel is so beautiful and the room was really grand and comfortable. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating and I included on the booking that we were staying for our anniversary and they arranged a card and treat for when we checked in. The service was second to none! We also ordered room service which was very nice and the bathroom in particular was beautiful with great facilities (nice big bath)
