would not reccommend this hotel, bed very uncomfortable, didnt sleep at all on the night, whole place could do with a good clean, breakfast was poor no mushrooms or potato scones what happened to the traditional scottish breakfast? Dining room furniture looking tired, unclean, not sure if the spillage stain had just happened that morning. Only time I encountered staff was when I checked in, no one around when I checked out.

Our stay was good room was lovely warm and very clean. The hotel staff could not do enough they were very friendly and made you feel very welcome and nothing was a bother to them. 10 out of 10 for everything. Janice & Robert Kerr room 114

From arrival to departure the staff were excellent, special mention for Kaitlin, Andy & David, such joyful and friendly individuals. The hotel is really delivering in social distancing measures to ensure safety all staff & guests.

Stayed here for a couple of nights room was comfortable and clean check in was easy. Breakfast is COVID safe but still plenty choice. David and Andrew on reception and the bar were both super helpful and friendly. Definitely my hotel of choice whenever I stay in Glasgow

Great clean hotel right in the heart of the city . Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Train station only 10 minutes walk away. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed . All covid protocols in place and we felt very safe. Breakfast was great . Fresh and hot.

The location was great, the hotel was done to a very high standard, the staff went above and beyond to help you, were very welcoming every time we were in reception, and choice of breakfast was very good

Staff: without exception had been well trained, worked well together, skilful, good natured, energetic and were good hosts. Breakfast routines were cleverly designed in terms of safe procedures and speed of service and the range of food choices quite ample.
