Stayed for one night in the King Suite and it was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was spotless. It was during our recent heat wave (around 30 degrees) and the room was rather hot but thankfully a fan was located in the cupboard and this was very much appreciated. Thank you for a lovely overnight stay

Biggest asset were all the staff. So friendly and helpful. Only suggestion would be nice to have selection of fresh bread/rolls as alternative to toast. Fruit salad was amazing. Hotel busy but this didn't affect quality of stay. Good procedures in place re Covid-19. Felt very safe.

The perfect escape in a lovely setting not far from the city and an ideal base for doing some day trips. The deluxe rooms are lovely and the bed super comfortable we really enjoyed the pool too but be sure to pre book to avoid disappointment.

Have to say, in a very challenging time the team that are clearly understaffed where absolutely brilliant, doing there very best to keep customers happy. Gabriala in the bar and restaurant went above and beyond to ensure we got food when we hadn’t booked.!! Fully understand and appreciate how difficult it is to get staff and stock currently and the team did all they could to ensure we had a great experience. Keep up the great work and thank you for the great service we received during our stay.

Unexpected pleasure finding this location, early morning flight and the hotel was perfectly positioned. Staff, absolutely excellent from start to finish.
