We booked the hotel for a long weekend. We arrived early to the hotel, slightly upset as my luggage hadn’t arrived at the airport. The receptionist was so lovely and kind and checked us in early, also changing our room from a double to a twin room. Nothing was to much for her. I didn’t get her name but she was a lovely Irish lass. Room was just as expected, with no complaints. We had breakfast included with was really nice and had options for all. Whilst waiting For my case to arrive at the hotel I had to run back to use the business centre, not being able to do what I needed. Patricia on reception helped me. And printed forms I needed. I was super stressed and Patricia was my Angel. The staff are so lovely at this hotel and I would 100% stay again

Standard Hilton hotel, nothing to complain about but also nothing spectacular! Staff were all friendly enough and the location was ideal, but the rooms were absolutely tiny. Obviously this isn’t a problem that can be fixed over night so seems a bit nul to be complaining about this. However overall it was a standard stay.

After a lovely 3 night stay at the hotel I absentmindedly left behind some items of clothing, once home I rang the hotel and was told that that the cleaning staff had found them and put them to one side. I was given several options of returning them to me which they did promptly within a couple of days. The staff were so helpful during and after our stay and I would like to say a big thank you.

Friendly staff. Everyone has a smile at this hotel from reception to the dining areas. The hotel has parking and is close to a tube station. There is a bus stop right in front of it. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly. The seating areas are nice and clean. Breakfast is nice. There are some excellent shops along Holland park avenue.
