Staff at breakfast were very attentive.Bacon was overcooked and cold.Eggs were cold.Good selection of other food.Excellent coffee.Reception staff ( Doris) was very helpful and pleasant.Large TV in room.

We stayed here for three nights during the jubilee and had a lovely stay. The first night we were placed in a room situated at the back and consequently were kept up all night with the loud ventilator noise. When we informed the reception staff (Michele) we were promptly moved to a bigger room at the top floors. The new hotel room was airy and spacious. Bathroom looked a little outdated but was clean. The restaurant staff were particular helpful and friendly. Muhammad was very attentive and offered to help us on numerous occasions which were great. The hotel was situated in a lovely space. It was a quick five minute walk to the station and we were happy with the speedy trains to central London. Would recommend!

Stayed at the hotel for work while exhibiting at Olympia. A lovely experience with a warm welcome from Michele at the front desk and was well taken care of with Pradeep and his team at the restaurant. Looking forward to staying here again.

Warm welcome on arrival. Stayed on business for 2 nights. Room clean and airy, bathroom needs an upgrade with a decent shower. Great towels, robes and toiletries. Water in the room which was great, not keen on the teabags. Breakfast was nice, good choice and staff very helpful.
