My room was ready at 12 which was great as we had arrived early the staff were fantastic and told us everything we needed to know the room was clean and spacious for the 3 of us all in all a great stay and will be booking again.

I’ve stayed in the Conrad hotel London for two consecutive visits this summer and it has been fantastic on both occasions. Spotlessly clean with really comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The quality of the breakfast buffet in the Pem restaurant is outstanding and the service everywhere in the hotel is first class. The staff are a true asset to the hotel - from reception to the waiting staff to housekeeping, all so friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to the executive lounge staff who always kept it tidy and well stocked with drinks and snacks for all the guests.

Excellent location - so central but also really quiet. A few minutes away from St James’s Park. Lovely hotel, spacious rooms and great amenities. Particularly exceptional was the service - the staff were so attentive and friendly.

We had another fantastic stay at the Conrad for 3 nights in August, rooms are a good size and bathroom is huge, beds are lovely and comfortable. Check in was quick and friendly and housekeeping standards exceptional, finally the hotel is in a good location, we will hopefully be back again soon.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. They helped us with suggestions for things to do, helped us get to the airport and prepared brown bag breakfasts for us, and were overall very accommodating of whatever we asked.

Had a very nice 3-night stay. Everything went flawlessly, from room assignment to checking to meals. Staff very nice and accommodating, esp6in the club lounge. Great location and great stay. Can't find a fault.
