Good location with an abundance of restaurants around. Rooms of good standard as usual for Hilton. Windows did not open to get fresh air in so the room was too hot! Great breakfast choice of cooked and continental! Good service on reception which always gives a good impression!

The hotel location was perfect and accessible to the nearest tube station. Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff at the concierge were very helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Nice friendly staff, was an efficient check in and they welcomed you with a glass of Prosecco. Room was a good size and clean.

Enjoyed our stay in an executive room. Although the executive lounge we were supposed to have access to with the room booked is currently closed, vouchers were given instead. Used for drinks in the bar, the gin comes in a very large glass, very nice. Room fine. The DLR does run in front of hotel and there is some noise in rooms even on 12th floor.

Staff were very attentive. Room was spacious and incredibly clean. Breakfast was good quality with a wide range of choices. Location for our activities and access to central London was perfect. The only down side was the sauna was out of service and the room view was of a building site for a new development which is out of the hotels control.
