Hotel well located, we were upgraded to a twin deluxe room. Positive welcome with enthusiasm. Room spacious and beds very comfy. Air con thermostat increased itself during the night which was surprising. Plug in bathroom was impossible to shut so wasted a lot of water. In room dining for drinks we're to be ordered via qr code from tv. Only problem was it didn't work, so no late night drink. Surprising that no complimentary bottled warer offered or provided which is normal for other hotels of this standard I have stayed in. Would I return? Possibly, but I have already booked to stay at another hotel in the area for next month instead

Thank you to Bianca and the front desk supervisor for making our stay. We had a fantastic room on the 16th floor and a view of London. Lovely finish to the rooms. Lovely drinks selection at the bar. The a la carte breakfast was nice as it was lovely not having the hussle around the busy buffet on a morning. The fire pit at the outside bar area was outstanding

Location was good. View from our room was nice. The size and comfort of the bed and pillows was great. The temperature in the room was easy to control. We had plenty of hanging space. There was a hair dryer, iron and ironing board which is always useful. Tea and coffee making facilities. We had robes and slippers in the room for our use while we were there. The bar area was comfortable and there was also an outdoor terrace.

fresh feel to it being a new hotel, love that it’s almost untouched. The location was perfect as we went to the o2 for a concert, easy enough to get there. Amazing to be fortunate enough to be given a room upgrade

The room was a good size and very well decorated. The bed was also incredibly comfy and we had bath robes in our room that were a really nice addition to the whole experience. There was a supermarket next door that we could easily go to for food and extra bits and a beautiful bar located inside the building with an amazing bartender (the staff at the front desk gave us complimentary birthday drinks!). The hotel is also within walking distance of Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre with plenty of restaurant options and there is also a small park/pathway opposite for gorgeous evening walks. Overall, a great hotel that we would love to return to again.

I’ve really enjoyed my stay at The Gantry London Stratford. This hotel is a great addition to the Hilton portfolio in London. While there are many Hilton-branded hotels in London, many of them, in my view, are not quite great. This hotel definitely ups the Hilton ‘game’ in London. The hotel is located very close to the station and the Westfield shopping centre. The rooms, as well as the common areas around the hotel, are extremely well designed. The only thing that was lacking in my room was a desk - I did not need it during my stay, but I often need one, especially during non-weekend stays. The breakfast experience was really enjoyable. There is a set menu with a good selection of main (hot) dishes, which come with hot drinks, fresh fruit as well as pastries. I wish that all hotels served breakfast in this way, rather than a buffet-style breakfast which tends to turn into a complete chaos at peak times. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel
