Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Good choice for breakfast. Room very comfortable. Fridge in executive room.

Absolutely perfect location for where my daughter had an audition!! Spotlessly clean in the room and elsewhere in the hotel. The breakfast was superb. The staff were so so friendly - especially Sonia on reception, who sorted a late checkout free of charge so that I had somewhere to stay while my daughter had her audition.

What can I say? This manager clearly cares about us customers as do all the staff. Helpful and caring. A great experience thank you all the team at holiday inn Leicester .stay safe all .a very happy customer.

So modern & light on entering the property & this continued throughout the building. The friendliest staff you could find, nothing was too much trouble. We had an amazing weekend at the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was exceptional, especially the staff and the breakfast, this was possibly the best hotel breakfast I have had even pre covid, well done Leicester Holiday Inn for stepping up and not using Covid 19 as an excuse to serve an inferior meal!

The hotel had plenty of staff so everything was quick and efficient, it was clean and very well maintained. I had an excellent stay and all the staff were super friendly and helpful.
