Excellent few days at your hotel. Breakfast were one of the best. Staff really good.. what more can one say. Only quibble .. being elderly couple no hand / bath rail over the bath. !!

Can't fault the Hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. Best Hotel breakfast I have had for a long time , evening meal was good as well. Very comfortable bed.Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Arrives on a Sunday midday as our room had not been used night before we were allowed to take our belongings in.Staff were helpful and polite throughout our stay. our room was large comfortable and clean.Breakfast was freshly cooked with good quality products,Evening meal was excellent.On top of this the hotel gave us a voucher for 20% off drinks and food.

Friendly staff, couldn’t be more helpful. Nice breakfast, hot & value for money. Standard rooms are small but clean & comfortable & ideal if staying for the racing. Central location close to town, with gallops close by where you can watch the horses.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Food was good and staff were very friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for a day at the races or shopping in the town centre on the doorstep. Hotel great & all the staff very helpful & friendly. Will definitely visit again .we have stayed several times already.

We booked a superior room which was very comfortable and gave a great view of the gallops from the corridor outside the room. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Location superb with decent size car park

The staff were excellent. Very polite and approachable. Very helpful and made for a good atmosphere. Very good location in Newmarket and private car park ensured easy parking.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to take our dog which was great and we could see the horses in training on the gallops from our room in the morning.
