Nice hotel. Place was clean and staff were accommodating and pleasant. We had a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Enjoyed the cookies we received at check in.

An amazing place with great staff who are very welcoming. George in restaurant and Sara at reception made me feel really welcome. I felt really special even if it was for a one night stay. I highly recommend Kingston Double tree.

The Doubletree by Hilton in Kingston is wonderful! George in the restaurant is fantastic! I would highly recommend! The morning breakfast is lovely and has a great selection of food! Would highly recommend to anyone in the Kingston area.

The hotel was spotlessly clean which is what I would expect. The room was clean and very comfy. The breakfast choice was great but a special mention must go to all the staff who were unfailingly polite and helpful. The restaurant staff went out of their way to go and get me some gluten free bread from the shop. The two guys running the restaurant were fantastic.

Well equipped, tidy quiet room. Public areas are well organised. Nice bar and restaurant menu. All staff projected a helpful engaging nature. at this centrally located hotel.

The venue was very conveniently located, it was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I’d recommend the upgrade to a King Corner Room. The restaurant was perhaps a little slow; however, we were on a tight schedule to get to the centre for the theatre. The food was good, not quite amazing, but reasonably priced.
