Had a really pleasant stay, Staff were very friendly, welcoming and looked after us throughout our stay. Food was nice and hot and breakfast was exceptional.Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The only fault was the room was very hot and we were unable to turn the temperature down. Would definitely stay again and would gladly recommend.

Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and very helpful, the only thing regarding the room, was the shower, it was very dated, even an electric shower would have been better, however it wouldn’t stop me returning

Lovely staff. Pleasant bar and reception area. Clean room and comfortable bed. Great location, only a short walk into city centre. Secure parking at a reasonable price.

Hotel was clean, room was lovely overlooking the canal, didn’t experience any noise or anything to prevent us of staying here again and we’re looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing place, high professional standards in all things, lovely pool,gym,spa,breakfast,all food beautiful hats off to the chefs. Comfy bed, fluffy white towels. 5 min walk to historical town.lots of stores,cafes and pubs 10 minute stroll to river dee. hotel has lunch and dinner cruises. Staff friendly must stay again.

The hotel is located a short walk from the city centre and the city wall. The sevice was excelent and the staff very friendly and attentive. The meals are very good, well prepared with a good choice. The hotel has the added bonus of its own carpark.

We stayed with the Mill Hotel for two nights. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The beds and settees were comfortable, and the ensuite shower rooms were spotless, warm and well provided with towels. Staff and most guests wore masks, kept a safe distance and were careful to behave sensibly. Breakfasts were adequate and the dinner we had was excellently cooked (we ate out at Chez Jules the other night). Two other factors contributed to our enjoyment; without exception the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, and the Real Ale Bar had knowledgeable bar staff and great real ale

Comfortable hotel, great breakfast, great service, what’s not to like? Bathrooms could do with a freshen up but we’re functional and clean, rooms facing the road could be noisy if you needed the windows open to sleep
