The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The bathroom was modern. I will definitely be returning.

The location in the centre of Mildenhall was a real plus. The check-in was smooth even though we were early, and didn't need access to the room at that time. Our room was on the first floor at the front of the hotel, but we didn't notice traffic noise. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. We were allowed to bring some friends into the hotel to join us at breakfast, and it all worked seamlessly. The staff were always attentive and welcoming.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Air con. Parking onsite. Small lift to rooms, helpful with luggage. Staff super friendly and helpful. Nice garden to have drinks in. Breakfast was delicious . Good hot cooked to order choices also fresh fruit and pastries.

We stayed here for night whilst attending a party nearby. The room was clean and comfy, service very friendly, bathroom nicely appointed. Because I was having to leave very early the following morning, before breakfast opened, I asked if they could provide me with a little something, maybe a croissant so I could grab and go. I checked out and found a package of fruit, criossants, yoghurt and some cold meats and cheeses. All ready for me to eat when I stopped en-route. I was so touched. Lovely place and i would definitely stay here again if I were in the area. Highly recommended
