A very enjoyable stay. The room was fantastic with an extremely comfy queen size bed, a swivel chair, a couch and a very modern and sleek bathroom. An extensive buffet breakfast was also available. The hotel itself is ideally situated slightly out of the immediate city centre but is only a 5 minute walk to the Albert Dock, a 5 minute walk to Liverpool One bus station and about 10 minute walk into the city itself. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. I didn't eat in the hotel apart from breakfast but had a drink in the bar amidst very comfortable surroundings.

We had a great stay. Booking in was easy, staff were just lovely and really helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was on the firm side but comfy. The shower could have been more powerful but still sufficient. The soap dispensers were not so good, they leak. The breakfast was very good and hot no matter what time you appear. It was very busy and the seating was minimal. It's close to the docks. 10 min walk to the Cavern, same to the Liver Building. And there is parking under the hotel.

Good location, close proximity to the Albert Dock and walkable to city centre. Our room was nice, with a limited view of the docks. The first day our room wasn't cleaned, however fresh towels were left in a bag outside. On the second day our bed was made up, but the bin was not emptied. Breakfast was nice, enough selection to choose from, although tables weren't always clean. Staff were friendly during check in. I would stay again if I could get it at a reasonable price.

Had a great 3 night stay at this hotel. Ideally positioned next to the Albert Docks. Short walk into City Centre. Hotel was great, clean, staff welcoming. Didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on food. Would definitely recommend this hotel though

Very comfy rooms with lovely bathroom. Air con, iron and hairdryer along with good TV and tea/coffee facilities all made a great stay. English breakfast, waffle machine, cereals and yoghurts all made a fab breakfast choice. Just over the road from Albert Dock and 5-10 mi stroll into centre.

We stayed for just the one night. Room was tidy and clean, staff were friendly and welcoming. Our third time staying here and we will definitely continue to use this hotel when we are in Liverpool. The hotel is in a great location too.

Fabulous staff make this hotel. Modern hotel close to city centre tourist sites, museums and pubs and restaurants. Good size rooms and spotless bathrooms. Helpful underground car parking. Great breakfast including waffles, full English, fruit n yoghurts etc. Good range of coffee and teas.

Lovely hotel stayed here for 3 nights with my husband Great Location option to take breakfast to our bedroom which was nice, really comfortable bed and plenty of seating areas around the hotel, lovely staf round.

Stayed here for a 5 day break. Hotel situated 5 mins walk from the docks where there is so much to do and see. You can easily walk to Dockland sea front, shops, museums etc from here. Secure car park underneath hotel but costs £13 for 24 hours. Hotel rooms were very clean and well serviced. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Great choice at breakfast, self-service. Modern airy Hotel in perfect location.
