The hotel was very modern and very stylish. It was very clean. The staff gave exceptional service especially Joey on the reception, he was very knowledgeable about the company and the area, the company should be very proud to have him as I’d definitely return just based on the service he gave. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and I’ll definitely be returning throughout the year.

Friendly staff especially Kay and waitress staff. Room smelt lovely and clean , enjoyed breakfast and evening meal.

Two night stay - great welcoming on check in really helpful! Room was excellent sea view huge window great for watching the sea! Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Comfy bed good shower - long way out past the pleasure beach but tram stop 2 minutes from door. Easy to use now but might be a draw back when the resort is busy. Car park pricey at £12 per day - managed to park for free on the road outside. Would recommend this hotel for a stay in Blackpool

I have stayed at many hotels. The staff at this hotel were the friendliest I have ever met. Everyone was helpful, informative, nothing was a problem and they all made us feel welcome - not just another customer. Thank you team

Room was perfect, lovely and clean. Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly, and happy to help with anything. Breakfast was delicious. Worth paying extra for a room with a view. Free wifi very good and reliable. Only issue was that I had to go into the car park to check/send texts and make a call as I couldn’t get service in the hotel, but I also couldn’t get service in the town centre either so not entirely the hotels fault! Just expect no service in your room!
