The staff were excellent. They were really helpful and kind to the dog we had travelling with us. The breakfast was very good too

Great hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good menu choices. great facilities for family. if you need a place to park for a night or more whilst in the area , this hotel is a very good choice.

Although a very functional hotel being for travelers and business the premises are all in good order and the staff were very friendly and professional . Nothing was too much trouble. The room floor 4 was a little dark and a strange shape but good in size and the shower was great

Second time we’ve stayed here as a base for Alton Towers. Around 35 miles from the park but a very straightforward drive passing the ginormous JCB World Headquarters! The hotel itself was agin superb. On arrival the hotel manager sorted out interconnecting rooms for us as a family of 5. This was absolutely ideal for us. Rooms themselves were the normal extremely high Hilton standards with superb air on. Bathroom was lovely with incredible water pressure for the bath and shower. Could fill the bath in around a minute! Breakfast was superb and all you can eat. Items were regularly replaced with fresh ones. Used the pool on a couple of occasions and the lad on the desk couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived late and he sorted a late booking for us to have a quick swim! Look forward to staying here again on our next visit to the Towers
