The entire stay was of a high standard from the point of booking through to check out. The environment was clean and modern. The only disappointment was the absence of a jacuzzi. Albeit was wonderful experience staying at Crowne Plaza East Reading ... well done to staff and management!!

This hotel has everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here .The staff are brilliant, the food was very good, you get a good nights sleep as the beds are comfortable and we weren’t disturbed by any late night revellers. The fact that the hotel has a spa with a great pool was a bonus as we were staying with our 9 year old granddaughter. Not the cheapest but undoubtedly the best in the area. Highly recommended

Very nice hotel and rooms are lovely. Swimming pool, steam room and sauna facilities are all great. Pleasant staff at reception and restaurant. Food was well presented and tasted good

Easy access to M4, we went for a couples spa break. Everything was impeccably clean, staff couldn't do enough for us. When they heard it was my wife's birthday they produce a complimentary birthday desert for her. The food was excellent and breakfast fab too. The spa was clean and tidy. Rooms very well appointed with plush lighting, drench shower and normal shower, latest big screen TV. Overall, very please and would return. Overall the best thing was their staff.

Recently stayed at Crown Plaza Reading with my family and had a wonderful stay. Effortless check in and a very good spacious room. Lovely dinner and breakfast with ample options. Staff is courteous and polite and ensured that my family is looked after well as I have young kids with me. The leisure facilities are neat and clean with a good size swimming pool
