Staff were extremely friendly and very attentive. Food was very good and the breakfast was well worth the additional room charge. I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you are looking for quality of service and a central location.

I booked this hotel on a whim and I was not disappointed! The night before arriving, I realised that I would arrive in the city far too early for check in, I talked to Lorenzo over the online chat and he advised me that the hotel could store my luggage while I explored the city. I arrived and was able to check in early. I was upgraded to a Queen executive room where the views were stunning!!!! We had a drink in Cloud 23 where Ferdinando was helpful with all of our questions. The concierge (Tony, I believe his name was) helped us with lunch recommendations. Overall a fantastic stay and I'm already planning my next trip

Staff were very welcoming, and nothing was any trouble, really helpful. Rooms were lovely and comfy. Breakfast good. We had an evening meal in the Podium it was lovely. Great stay, will definitely be back

So visited this hotel in November, my in-laws had booked it as a surprise for my 30th birthday, the experience was particularly under whelming, the room was tired, stains on the carpet and the lifts weren’t working…. After expressing our dissatisfaction we were offered a complimentary night and wow what a turn around! When we arrived we had been booked into an executive room, with champagne on ice and access to the executive lounge witlimited drinks and snacks. The room was luxury and I have to say i have never received such fantastic service, lovely breakfast and they couldn’t do enough for us. Well done, Hilton Deansgate, we will definitely be returning. We must have just caught them on a bad day the first time round!
