Rooms good size but a little dated, carpet needed a good clean or replaced. Staf very helpful.

Obviously, the location is the biggest attraction as the hotel is so close to the Stadium of Light. Our room was very spacious with all the necessary amenities. Secure parking was included as was a tremendous breakfast. The staff were polite and very good at their jobs - reception / bar / cleaners / breakfast / security. An excellent stay and we hope not to leave it so long to revisit.

From the time you entered the hotel everything felt clean, spacious and reflected quality. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The room was lovely and the bathroom was very clean.

Large clean rooms with lots of facilities- kettle, iron, safe, fridge, toiletries etc. very comfy beds, no noise. The bar downstairs was lovely as was happy hour! The restaurant we visited for breakfast was lovely, and the choice of food was amazing, so many options. The reception team couldn’t do enough for you, very friendly and helpful. stored our luggage on arrival and then switched our 2 rooms so we were next door with adjoining rooms - champion!! The hotel didn’t seem very old so was shocked to learn it opened in 2016 yet still looks / feels brand new. Location was near lots of amenities & parking if required. Perfect find & will definitely return!

The food was good and the hotel was very comfortable and the bar and restaurant area's were both very good as well. The staff were good and attentive.

Can’t fault the hotel, we were welcomed by a friendly and helpful lady, rooms were immaculate, brilliant for families as offer interconnecting rooms. Slept very well…the staff is what makes its special

Spent a night here following a football match at the Stadium of Light. Location is great for football and the car parking is very convenient, well organised with plenty of spaces available (and no extra charge). The Reception staff were very accommodating and pleasant on what was a very busy day with lots of people checking in at the same time, just before kick off. We didn't use the bar or restaurant but both looked very nice and we will certainly try them when we return. The room and en suite bathroom were excellent with a very comfortable bed. Will definitely be back soon
