This is my third time at this Hotel and it still impresses. The location is excellent with easy access to Kensington, the Museums and then to Chelsea and the Kings Road. The Hotel has an excellent Victorian bar and evening restaurant that is very cool and breakfasts are always good with a wide range of food services. The rooms are also well appointed with good facilities and are of course spotless. Reception was smooth and very welcoming - this was another great stay

Staff couldn't have done more for us, they knew it was a special occasion and they went above and beyond. Great location between two tube stations, beautifully decorated, breakfast was great with plenty of options. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous hotel great staff and a very comfortable stay. Great location of the hotel with the building beautifully decorated . Comfortable bed , exceptionally clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. It really is a top hotel and hidden Gem of a hotel.

We liked many things about this hotel. But above all was the kind and professional service of many people, including the front desk staff and housekeeping. But above all was the breakfast service. The food was wonderful and no one could equal the very considerate service with a smile provided by Nimfa in the dining room.

I love the decor! it was very clean and the heating conditions were spot on as well! I loved how they offered us a complimentary room upgrade for my friends birthday & it was overall a beautiful hotel!
