What a great stay , Staf very friendly and made our stay very good made very welcome . We had a tower Room which are fantastic , well worth upgrading to ( We have stayed in the other Rooms before and they are also OK) Executive Lounge Open, and is getting better , now Past Covid restrictions Location is great for Paddington Station / Heathrow express. Let down by Tube Strike , but that's another story !! hopefully will be sorted and getting around by Tube will much easier Thank you to all the staff that made our stay Great

Excellent service when I arrived. The receptionist was helpful and informative. The room was comfortable and the location was first class for business purposes.

Overall, everything was fine. The hotel is in a perfect location for us for travelling by rail to Wales and to Heathrow as well as around town.

Stayed here for one night 12th March. The hotel is right inside the Paddington station and really easy to access. Tube station across the road. The hotel is wonderfully old and quaint, but I found it really well maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff very quick in assisting and checking in. The halls well maintained and everything seeming k and span. The central staircase was a joy to climb! Room perfectly decent and well appointed. Breakfast was truly excellent. I thought this place was just perfect.

Stayed for two nights including a business meeting at the hotel. All worked well so no complaints. It’s not the most exciting Hilton but great links to the airport, Eurostar and central London. There is a nice pub, the Victoria, 5 mins walk away.
