Surprised by just how nice this hotel was particularly at this price point. One of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in, friendly staff, clean bright and airy hotel. The only small improvement that could be made would be to have a larger tea selection in the room and some drinks/snacks for purchase in the mini bar. Otherwise pretty faultless.

The hotel looks very new and modern. The room was very spacious and clean. Overall very quiet room - except for the loud AC, which was impossible to turn off somehow. Bed sheets and towels were also very fresh and clean. The location was good for us - not in the middle of the madness and very convenient underground connection into the key sites.

First time visit to a Canopy hotel to celebrate our anniversary and we had a great time. Staff was very welcoming and promoted the relaxed atmosphere that is indeed different than you would expect from a regular Hilton hotel. Received an upgrade and Prosecco for our anniversary and staff dealt professionally with a small item that went missing during our stay (refund). Great breakfast selection and 3 minutes walk to Aldgate tube and 8 minute walk to Tower Hill. Will definitely return and recommend to others

We stayed here for a few days as part of an extended business trip. From the moment we checked in until the moment we left, everything was seamlessly managed. The staff were attentive, the rooms were lovely and clean, breakfast was delicious and the bar had a great atmosphere for an evening drink. Special shout out to Pietro the bar manager who took care of us so well. Would absolutely return

This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The prime location, the so well designed rooms and lobby, but first and foremost the outstanding staff and service. All people at the front desk were so so so supportive and helpful - bravo. I will definately be back
