We were attending a show at ExCel but didn’t want to stay close by, this was perfectly located for Tower Gateway station, plenty of eateries near by for food and perfect for a spot of sightseeing at the Tower of London.

Central location, very good variety at breakfast, although hotel was full, there were no waiting at food counters.

Hotel was nice and clean and very helpful staff. Good location with great access to local transport and the underground. Plenty of options for food and drink around the hotel.

Stayed for one night in a queen room. Hotel was busy but staff were friendly & helpful. Found everything to be clean & made use of luggage drop off and bar which was good. Good location, would return.

First time visit as we were going to the Tower of London and Sky Garden. Hotel was excellent and the room very comfortable and modern. The hotel bar was well presented and the staff extremely helpful. We had breakfast included in our room and for the two nights we stayed we enjoyed breakfast each day. Good choice of hot and cold food and drinks. Very well situated for Tower Hill tube station (2 mins walk from the hotel)

Location was great and staff very helpful. Bed was very comfy i usually don't sleep well in hotel beds but this was the exception!
