Hotel was clean and rooms spacious but no air conditioning unfortunately. The staff at this hotel are its best asset and we would happily return.

The room was very spacious and inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept so well. The bathroom was very clean and modern with a fantastic hot shower. The breakfast and reception staff were friendly and constantly trying to make our stay even better. The breakfast staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Overall our stay was excellent and we would definitely return. Slightly disappointed with the view from the room. We hoped for a room with a great view of Ramsey bay or the headlands towards the point of ayre. Instead we had a partial view of the bay but mainly the houses parallel to the hotel. However, the view we had of the bay was beautiful.

Nice location between the seashore and a boating lake, which was a quiet area and a 5-15 minute walk to town depending on where you wanted to go. Nice to wake up to the sea/ sea view. Plenty of good parking on site as advertised. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with decent enough shower, hot drink facilities (and biscuits!), iron etc. The rooms on the 3rd floor were quiet too so a peaceful stay in our experience (5 rooms booked). Breakfast was very nice to in general and we ate in the hotel on the first night and the food was all round very good (and the draft beers were good too!). A very nice stay and we thought good value for the quality and breakfast. Ideally located for a base in the island if you are having a look round the whole island, nothing is that far away - 35 mins to the ferry port - 45 mins from the airport driving our own cars. The town has a few pubs and restaurants we tried, not lots but a few. The Swan was 10 minute walk from the hotel and was nice enough and the Ravioli House was nice too, both with nice staff

location was excellent for our needs, and so near to the beach and town centre. the rooms were well apportioned and well set out. even though we were near the lift and main entrance to the corridor we heard no people late at night

The staff were lovely, particularly the lady with glasses at reception. The room was nice, clean and fully serviced with new towels every day. We had a lovely view of the lake and enjoyed being about to open the window for a nice breeze of fresh air. The included cooked and continental breakfast was fairly good. Enjoyed the English breakfast, kippers and fried egg option. However the poached eggs, scrambled eggs and omelette that we tried were all overcooked. The fresh fruit was nice, particularly the raspberries but strawberries were not very flavoursome. The filtered coffee was average, but maybe because we’re used to drinking lattes

Second stay at this hotel This time we had a beautiful view from our room over the mooragh park Room very comfortable.adequate wardrobe and drawer space Bathroom spacious, bath and over bath shower You can choose not to have your room serviced daily and receive a £5 voucher to spend in the bar. Relaxed in the bar in evenings Didn’t eat from menu but have eaten here many times before and food is excellent Lovely, friendly hotel in perfect setting Definitely will be back Good choice of fruit, cereal, pastries, cooked breakfast in the morning

The entire team, led by an efficient and helpful manager, Rachel, was friendly and could not do enough for us. The hotel was always clean, the breakfasts had an extensive choice, with hot foods cooked speedily to order. Some in my party thoroughly enjoyed the Manx kippers. The poached eggs were simply superb every day. Our rooms were set out well, with an excellent shower ( some rooms have a bath with a shower over it) and the beds were so very comfortable. We all took advantage of the innovative system whereby we could put a disk on the door to say we did not want the room to be serviced and at the end of the day we received a £5 voucher to spend in the bar. Win win for the environment , the hotel staff and us. I very much recommend the Ramsey Park and would return without a second thought. A massive thanks to all the excellent staff.
