Reception staff excellent. No cooked breakfast available. Continental disappointing - boil the kettle for instant coffee Room tired - ripped lampshades, no plug in sink. Their website offers much but fails to deliver: no alarm clock, bathrobe, bottle water.

The room wasn’t the cleanest, lamp didn’t work, cobwebs on the ceiling, I couldn’t even look at the bedside phone, there was a small window that didn’t open, the toilet roll holder fell off the wall as soon as I touched it and you could see they had tried several times to sort it, the shower needed a goo clean too, when you had a shower and it steamed up you could see someone had written a very rude word on it, on our second night a drunk man set the fire alarm off at 1.17 am and we were outside for ages as they could get the alarm reset, so no sleep that night and had a 3 and a half hours drive no, so no not the best 2 night stay, everything was reported to reception, breakfast was ok
