Room spacious and clean. Restaurant on top floor with views of the Cathedral. Food good. Proper cooked breakfast. Hotel in good location near town centre. Staff helpful.

location is superb. breakfast choice brilliant as usual. marco pierre white restaurant for evening meal an added bonus. views over the marina were wonderful from the top floor. staff could not be more helpful our room choice was lower standard than we usually book so slightly disappointed us , our mistake

This hotel never lets me down I have stayed there on many occasions and the service is always first class. From the friendly welcome to the cleanliness of the rooms and quality food for breakfast. This is the only hotel I would stay in or recommend in Lincoln. Thank you again for another great stay its just a shame my daughter is coming towards the end of her education in Lincoln

Loved this hotel. We upgraded to a king suite with a view of the water which was gorgeous. The hotel gave us a coupon for two drinks at the bar on the 5th floor. Even though a wee bit chilly, we had wine, desserts and coffee on the balcony with views at sunset. The hotel is located close to all tourist attractions. Staff is friendly and bed soft! Loved this hotel

Perfectly placed hotel alongside the Marina, with the area very busy during the day and evening. ALL the staff without exception are polite, professional and seemed to want the stay to be really enjoyed. Covid precautions very well observed. Breakfast and dinner most enjoyable. Rooms clean and well appointed. The Electric Bar on the 5th. floor was very busy but until early evening there was also a bar in the lounge on the ground floor which is much quieter but equally good. I can certainly advise potential guest to use the hotel
