I really liked the room, it was spacious, comfortable and clean. Clean towels were provided daily, the bins were emptied and the breakfast was lovely.

What a great stay. Location perfect, room comfortable and quiet and a really good breakfast with lots of choice and catering for all dietary restrictions. Honestly the stay was perfect for my needs but the real star of the show was Luke at breakfast. He was so helpful and went well beyond what was required to ensure everything was spotless

Always a wonderful stay at this hotel. Particular kudos to Luke who is always super friendly in the mornings on breakfast. All the staff are welcoming and the rooms are clean, meet great standards and dark when required for long, comfortable sleeps after work or leisure days. Will always return here whenever in Bristol

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night on the 21st April and what a pleasure it was ! We arrived at 12 midday and we were told check in wasn't until 3pm . We asked if we could drop our luggage which I am pleased to say was not an issue this was very impressive and the young girl behind reception was extremely helpful and professional this was a fantastic start to our stay. On finally being allocated room 227 I can confirm that this was extremely clean and surprisingly spacious . I had read previous reviews saying the breakfast was very poor and the shower was substandard well all I can say is that they must of reviewed a different hotel because I don't think I have seen more food at breakfast in my life and I have traveled to lots of places including America where they know how to eat !! All in all a very comfortable and relaxing stay and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend and stay again in a heartbeart
