We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. We do like the warm cookie on arrival at check in. Our room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice and strong. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice.

The room was a bit cozy in size; however it was very well laid out and made great use of the space. Breakfast and dining area were excellent.

The hotel is close to Temple Meads station, and good bus links for the rest of the city. The breakfasts were good, food hot, and a good variety of fresh fruits. 5th floor room was spotless and quiet, although only having a shower, not a bath. Bar prices were very reasonable, much less than most city pubs in the Southeast of England

Kiln restaurant is a pleasant place to have breakfast or a hotel meal. Staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is self serve which means you can eat exactly what you need to set you up for the day ahead.

We had such a lovely stay at the Hilton, professional and friendly service throughout our stay. Easy walking distance to the city centre with lots to do. Our room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Lovely big bed and a waterfall shower! Lots of choice at breakfast, all organised efficiently. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again - would recommend!

The room was a good size and well laid out. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, parking onsite was easy, convenient and plentiful. Breakfast was good, a nice location in the old kiln
