We had a pleasant room on the second floor. Apart from a missing towel rail, we could find no fault and we certainly enjoyed a quiet night's sleep. Being so close to the M6 , we certainly were not troubled by traffic noise. Dinner on Friday night was very pleasant and we were impressed with the serving staff. Buffet breakfast next morning was substantial with plenty of choice

Fantastic facilities. We’re allowed use of gym/pool/sauna as we arrived early and room as not ready. Room was a great size. Very close to cinema, bowling, shopping centres, restaurants etc. ask reception about booking a massage with Kay in the wellness centre. Very reasonably priced and a nice extra to the stay. Huge wedding on during our stay but didn’t feel any impact at all. Heard no noise and plenty of capacity for breakfast.

Excellent accommodation- very tidy, clean with brilliant facilities. Excellent customer service from all members of staff. Excellent choice and quality in food. Excellent parking facilities with level access to main entrance of hotel

Staff were absolutely fantastic! Couldn't have asked for better service. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Huge bed, very comfy sleep. Everything you need in there, toiletries, tea/coffee, plug sockets by the bed, iron, fan, safe. The spa was lovely, large hot tub and pool. The changing rooms are a little small, but overall very nice. Location was good, free parking and free WiFi are nice bonuses. Beautiful restaurant and lounge, lovely hotel.

We've stayed at many hotels and DoubleTree (Coventry) is by far the best. Wonderful staff especially the receptionist "BEVERLY" her bubbly personality, makes you feel so welcome. The rooms are clean & the massive bed is so comfortable, the restaurant has got a wide selection of food to choose from especially at breakfast. And not forgetting the leisure facilities: sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, pool & gym
