After being on a cruise ship for 11 nights, having that very nice, deep tub was a welcome site. The room was perfect for what I needed. It was nice to have a kettle & coffee in the room. The bed was so comfortable. Being from the USA, I was a little disappointed that there weren't more USB connections. Also, there was no outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer

Lovely hotel, lovely people, and the best coffee I've ever tried. Very quiet even though Heathrow is nearby. Nice views of the airplanes taking off. To get there, it's best to use the hotel transfer service, as it's easy

Booked a 15 night stay and fly package, great price, we are gold members so we’re upgraded 2 days before arrival to exec room. Parking great, lots of space in the spaces, which I was worried about as have a larger car. Not worried at all about leaving my car here and we keep the keys which was a must. Check in I did online and had a digital key. Only hick up here was the digital key didn’t work in the lift but reception was quiet and took 2 seconds to get a key card. Our room big, clean and very modern. Hotel itself lovely modern and feels very roomy. The executive lounge I was slightly concerned due to several comments left on here. I did not have to worry. Lovely again spacious, clean, and well replenished. Manned for full brvice times, so if they ran out , no hassle to ask the staff to replenish which they did asap. So close to airport. It’s £14 in an Uber. Even if the shuttle bus did stop here it would be £6 each, and with there being 3 of us, 2 adults one child an Uber is much more cost effective anyway. I’d say this is one of the best airport hotels I have stayed at and I’m disappointed we will be leaving early and missing breakfast as the restaurant looks amazing. Hopefully the Hilton we are moving onto in Cyprus lives up to this standard
