close to Hatton Cross station to get into London. on-site parking. Friendly staff, spacious, clean, comfortable room!! fantastic breakfast.

I liked that the lobby was very spacious and gave easy access to all the facilities. The lift was a bit slow, it was faster to take the stairs. The breakfast was a very good value and tasty. The staff helped us with all our questions.

Another wonderful relaxing stay . Keep up the hard work you’ll do to make our stay comfortable. Menu and drink at Jacks was good. Staff were attentive. Thank you to the housekeeping team for your hard work behind the scenes for keeping us safe

We stayed for 1 night in a family room before a flight from Heathrow. The lobby is welcoming and we did not have to wait to check in. Room was comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. I made use of the printing services at the lobby as I had some doents that I needed printing, which to my relief was a very straight forward process. We ate in the main restaurant. There was a reasonable variety of food on the menu which was served promptly and was hot. We also made use of the bar, and sampled some tails. The Cosmo was spot on! Ready for an early night I did not notice any noise from other rooms or corridor which was an added bonus when you need to be up early for your flight. I did find the Hoppa bus app confusing, we ended up ordering an Uber XL to take us to the airport to save the hassle. Overall a pleasent stay

This was the first time I’d stayed in a hotel and it was definitely fantastic. When we arrived the receptionist gave us cuddly toys which we all loved. It was my brother’s birthday at the time so when we went to breakfast the lovely waitress stephanie gave him a beautiful card from all the staff. It was the best experience we could get and we will definitely go again
