The hotel was in the best location, it was close to the car parks, park and ride and to town. The hop on, hop off bus stopped right outside the door as well. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do more for us. The rooms were so clean, and spacious. The beds were so comfortable and huge for singles! Even though we were only there for 2 nights, our rooms were still cleaned each day. The breakfast was amazing and the waffle machine was the best thing ever. I absolutely would stay here again.

Able to check in early as rooms were available which was a bonus. Rooms top notch. Breakfast included was good, only down side no bacon. Great location, easy walk from train station.

Nice hotel in a central position in Bath. I had a quiet room at the end of a corridor. Very comfortable bed and pillows and well appointed room. Friendly staff and reasonable buffet breakfast. My only niggles were the cups they used in the rooms and for breakfast are tiny. Need to be double the size! Also the hairdryer cord was very short and I had to bend down to dry my hair if I wanted to look in the mirror. I hadn’t a clue how to switch the air conditioner off without turning of the lights too - still a mystery. Can’t really fault it otherwise and would definitely stay there again.

A friend and I visited Bath and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton. We needed an accessible room with enough space for an electric mobility scooter and also a separate room for myself. I requested that the rooms be close together just incase of any mishaps during our stay! On arrival we were told that we had connecting rooms which was amazing and something we weren't expecting. The accessible room surpassed all expectation, the wet room being second to none. The staff were amazing and couldn't have been more helpful, polite and professional. It was a bit more expensive than we would normally pay but for peace of mind and comfort it was worth every penny.

Stayed for one night whilst visiting friends. The hotel is brand new and has only opened in the last week. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was on the 5th floor and it was stylishly decorated ….and of course lovely and new! Location couldn’t be better right in the centre of town.
