The hotel had really great staff and lovely food. It was really clean and breakfast was excellent. It is in a fantastic location with the Thames Clipper right on your doorstep. I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to London

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We really liked the free ferry shuttle to Canary Wharf. The choice of breakfast was great

Visited with my family and received excellent service from all staff. Great breakfast spread catering every appetite! Had a spectacular dockland river view room with balcony & clean room. Will visit again & again

21/03/202The room was big enough for our needs and had a great view west towards London. The breakfast was great value for money, a similar breakfast at a cafe in Greenwich would have cost more! The location was ideal for us as we were visiting various museums at Greenwich and the cross Thames ferry from the hotel was a bonus.

We absolutely love this place. We have stayed a couple of times and every time it gets better and better. From the warm cookies on arrival to the extremely obliging staff! We stayed in one of the executive suites as a family of 5 and we all were in 'aw' of the view over the thames. There is nothing we could fault about our stay here! We will be back... now that covid permits
