Dry disappointed with our stay there was no lift landings and room had a nasty musky smell room was to small for 2 people there was a lack of power sockets and very out dated needs to be repainted the window had frosted glass and when opened it looked directly onto a roof and also a bad smell came into room when window open hard bed but I suppose that’s a personal choice Good points were food was acceptable breakfast was a bit chaotic but nice Certainly won’t be staying there again

Lovely hotel and lovely evening meal. Unfortunately breakfast was like faulty towers. Trays of cooked food all empty. Maybe come with sausages but not all choices at the same time. We were told there were two coaches of guests. Well surely they should have enough staff to be able to cater for the extra guests. Apparently only one lady in the kitchen cooking for over 100 guests. Did complain at reception when checking out. The boys clearing the tables were apparently bar staff who weren’t used to working in restaurant and didn’t seem to notice when milk, juice, glasses, cups etc needed to be replenished.

We had a lovely time at the Avonbridge. Staff were lovely. Yes its all a bit dated and in need of refurb but was worth the price we paid. Hallways smell a bit fusty and the rooms are a bit dated but was fine for an overnight. Drink prices were reasonable and food was nice. Would go again.

Hotel was brill food was brill room was a bit dated tho but clean dissapointed jacuzzi bath didn’t work overall was worth £90 for dinner bed breakfast and wine in room would definitely book this again

Room was clean. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. Not keen on the chicken fillet burger. Was a bit tough but the pate was lovely and my partner enjoyed his pasta. The waiter was lovely

Just one night here after travelling north for a family funeral. All staff were friendly and welcoming and our room (10) was comfortable and clean although the curtains didn't match each other and could not be fully drawn. We found the restaurant food very good served attentively and professionally by Christina and Ousmane. All in all a nicely run hotel.

Excellent location, friendly staff members, check-in extremely easy, ample free car parking on site, value for money, and the room was clean,comfortable and tidy.

Room in an annexe near hotel, spacious and clean. Plentiful parking available. Choice of eateries restaurant in the hotel and an Italian bistro/bar also in the building which does nice pizza/pasta.

Breakfast was great nice hot food and a good selection to choose from. We ate in the Milano sports bar and the food was excellent.
